Restore permissions for specific VMs

Not sure this is the right place to post a request

Is it possible in a future release to have the ability to be able to delegate VMs that specific users have permission to restore to? This is possible now in Enterprise Manager but ideally I would rather want the relevant users to be able to use the client as the experience is so much better, at least in my opinion.

An example is when restoring an SQL database. In Enterprise Manager there is very little progress information whereas in the client there is much more
