Restore possibility after deleting jobs

Hello,

Just to be on the safe side: when I delete a backup job, the backups written from the job remain stored on the repository and appear under disk (imported). A restore from disk (imported) is possible at any time via all restore points even after deleting the corresponding job, correct?

Hi Walter,

Yes, that is correct.
On a side note, if you create a new job, you can use Map Backup option in the job settings to target "orphaned" back chain, and continue backups to process increments to it.
