Hi,
We have a customer who wants to restore some VM backups they take with Veeam of their on-premise environment to a vCloud Director tenant enviornment we are providing them.
We have no Veeam integration setup currently with this platform. Is it possible for the customer to run isolated versions of Veeam within their vCD tenant and restore VMs or do we need to have wider Veeam support configured, with Veeam Enterprise Manager?
If we need to run Enterprise Manager are there any licence considerations and costs for the service provider?

Re: Restore to vcloud director environment
To do that they will need vCloud Director administrative credentials to add corresponding server to their backup server. Not sure whether it's possible in your case. Thanks! Is it possible for the customer to run isolated versions of Veeam within their vCD tenant

Re: Restore to vcloud director environment
They will have organisation admin only - is the enterprise manager option the way to do it?

Re: Restore to vcloud director environment
Correct, you can add vCloud Director at your end and then configure vCloud Director Self-Service Portal following these guidelines. Thanks!

What's the licencing requirement, if any, for the service provider?
