Rights a user Vmware-Veeam

Hello,

what are the minimum rights a user must have to access a VCenter and backup (and Restore) his VMs?

Is it possible to set Veeam so that it normally uses minimum credentials to perform a save, while to perform a restore, it asks (or automatically uses) other credentials?
