Rights for BR10 Jobs with En. Appl-aware proc.

Hi, a customer wants with the new BR10 and server change the rights for the jobs. There is a standard domain user with local Administration rights I get in the Job Test Now (Guest Processing) an error.
Testing Guest OS connectivity via RPC OK
Connecting to guest OS via VIX error
Testing admin share acess via VIX error
What kind of minimum Domain rights do I need?
If I use the Domain Administrator then its working. When I use local Administrator (servername1\Administrator) then it is also working, but I want to create hundreds locel credentials, only fo DMZ servers.
