Role user vCenter for Veeam Backup

I create a new user in vcenter to use Veeam Backup to connect. I assigned that user the roles described in the following link.

But when doing an Instant VM Recovery it fails and obviously a permission is missing within the role. Could someone know what are the roles that the user must have in vCenter so that Veeam Backup can execute all the actions.
