San Snapshots / Proxy

In the backup log for a job I'm testing san snapshots with I see:
checking proxy (name = xxxxx) for SAN processing skipping proxy (name = xxxxx) some volumes are not available for processing through this proxy: name = vol_datastore
I'm thinking that this indicates that the volumes on the netapp don't have permissions set right for the credentials on the proxy to connect to the volumes...does that sound right?

Hi Chris,

This message means that LUNs are not accessible from this proxy, so VMs will not be backed up via storage snapshots. Can you please tell me a bit more on your setup?
