Hello,
Most likely the answer is sitting just in front of me so please help me see.
On our physical W2012 Veeam v9.5 server we have attached a large number of 15TB NetApp LUNs and pooled them all together into one Scale Out repository. With additional storage needed we are running out of drive letters and NetApp has the 15TB size limitation. The NetApp is connected via a set of FC cards.
Are there a way to create a Scale Out repo without having to assign Windows drive letters to each single LUN? I see the option for file server/NAS but cannot see how that would work in our environment and object storage isn't an option. Maybe using Linux as repository is the only possible option?
Thank you

Re: Scale Out repository - running out of drive letters
Have you tried mapping these LUNs to an existing folder instead of assigning a new drive letter?
