Hi, has anyone else experienced this when trying to "Guest file restore" from a vsphere backup?

Secondary GPT header LBA 692060159 exceeds the size of the disk (268435456000)
Agent failed to process method {Mount.GenericMount)

Veeam is 11.x and vsphere is 7.0 U3.

Have you probably meant vSphere 7.0 Update 2 (released recently)? If so, the our verification tests of this update is still going on.

Anyway, keep working with the support team on identifying the root cause.

Apologies, yes, I meant 7.01c. I knew it was the third patch I'd applied, but meant c rather than 3.

Hello,

we experience the exact same problem when trying to "Guest file restore" from a ESXi backup (just with different numbers in the message). Is there a solution for this already? We use Veeam Backup & Replication Build 11.0.0.837 P20210525.

For us, we had to create a new VHD and copy across all the data. Nothing else worked.

We then verified backups of every VM to make sure we didn’t have the problem elsewhere.
