Hello all
It would be very helpful if the installation of the remote console was fully self contained (like in one MSI).
After the installation, upon first launch, if the console was not started with admin privileges it asks to be started as local admin privileges to install some console plug-ins.
Why can't those plugins just be installed right with the console?
In our case the console is running on a Microsoft Remote Desktop Services cluster with a total of 6 nodes (3 per site). This means after an installation/upgrade, an admin has to start the console on every single node an upgrade the plugins.
Best regards,
Christian

Re: [Feature Request] - self contained installation of remote console
Hello Christian,
It's available, you need to go to Veeam.com > My Account > Products, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Additional downloads. You will see the standalone Veeam Backup & Replication Console download there. Hope it helps!
