Shell run are not stopping automatically

Hi Guys,

I found there is a lot of Shell Run jobs are running on my Veeam servers :( It is causing the High CPU&Memory utilization.
I am not able to stop any one of them. Is there any way to kill Shell Run jobs with out rebooting Backup Server??

These are for remote B&R consoles, can you close those consoles?

I have closed it. Still Shell run jobs are running. I see some of them are running since 10 Days.

First I have heard of this but I just checked and I have 43 instances working as well oldest being from 2018/05/18. I definitely do not have 43 remote instances open and none should be older then 24 hours.

The provided ticket was closed by the customer, once the support engineer confirmed that there was a GUI bug (scheduled to be fixed in one of the next product updates).

Kindly, open your own ticket to check whether you experience a similar issue.
