Hi,
I had a bit of a strange request. I thought it might be covered in the Veeam licensing/subscription T's and C's, but I could not find anything. My Customer has purchased a 5 year VUL subscription. It is active. They want to know if they can shorten the subscription term to a 3 year subscription, and get a refund from Veeam for the difference? They will then renew the subscription at the end of the 3 year period.

we can't comment on licensing T's and C's, sales contracts etc. You should discuss this with your Veeam sales rep. Thank you
