single file/folder for each backup vm

hello
i am backing up multiple vms in a single job , i noticed it creates a single vbk file for all the vms that are in this backup job
is it possible to change the way it is doing it? create a single vbk file for each vm being backed up in the same job instead of single file for all of them ? "without creating a backup job for each vm"

Thank you Gostev , glad to hear that is coming in v9
the need for that is to selectivity backup the backups of the vms to tape and also easier to restore just the vm vbk file instead of that big huge vbk file
