Hi team,
I have an issue regarding the SMTP. It is the correct SMTP provider and when I add it, I click on test.I get the error that it can't connect.
I did a telnet to the smtp provider and port, it's open and good. It is not my firewall or something.
So how to fix this?

Best would be to let support assist you here as it is hard to tell what goes wrong without the actual error.

On the end I created an smtp account on a free smtp server website and now it is working.
