Hello All,
I have a question that I need some help with. We are going to be virtualizing a key business server and it has SQL databases on it that will be backed up every 15 minutes. I have been playing with some options to give the SQL Admin access to Veeam B&R so that they can see the backups etc for peace of mind that this is happening correctly.
I have given them the role of Veeam Backup Viewer, however what options do we have to have them use a web console to view the back ups. I don't necessarily want them remoting into the Veeam server all the time.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris

Re: SQl Admin Access
Hello Chris, you can assign them the corresponding role within Enterprise Manager.

Re: SQl Admin Access
Gotcha. I have made them a portal user in this case, as I want them to be able to see the history of the SQL backup as well. May not be direct or perfect, but it will give some peace of mind to the admin.
