[RESOLVED] SureBackup - SQL Script is failed

i have a SureBackup Job for an Application Group (only 1 SQL Server VM). but when i run this job, i get bellow error. How can i tshoot that error?

Since SQL Server Checker Script is started on VBR server, the error might means that there is already a process running. Kindly contact our support team directly for confirmation and post your case ID.

Yes, i created a ticket support for this issue, ticket #03626135. I modified “Application initialization timeout” to 1000 secs but got same error (Monika - Veeam Support)

Had it been due to a timeout then it would have shown another error message. Keep working with support team and feel free to escalate the case should you feel that it is required.

This issue is fixed on VBR 9.5U4b. close plz.
