StoreOnce OSCLT_ERR_OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED. Err: -1402
Hi, I'm currently trying to use a StoreOnce VSA as a repository to Veeam Backup & Replication. I have created a Cloud Bank Catalyst Store on the StoreOnce and the goal would be to use it.
However when I start the backup job, it fails with this message : Error:OSCTL_ERR_OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED. Err: -1402.
I haven't find anything on the forum and on the web to solve this and I'm out of idea.
Can someone please help me in order to resolve this issue ? It would be gladly appreciated.
Thanks

Cloud Bank is not yet supported. Based on our rules defined by our top management, we can not comment about upcoming features and timing, sorry.
As an alternative, you can potentially use our Scale out Backup Repository Cloud Tier feature.

Hi there,
I also have the problem with version B&R 11.0.0.837 P20210401
Is the problem still in the current version?

If you have the issue with Cloud Bank, then yes, not all HPE Catalyst protocol operations that Veeam uses are possible with CloudBank.
We are working on a solution jointly with HPE but no ETA yet that we can share.
If you have similar issues without CloudBank, please contact our support.

The actual "problem" is that Cloud Bank is not currently supported by Veeam B&R due to a missing API not allowing Veeam B&R to generate backup metadata. As mentioned by Andreas, we're working on addressing this together with HPE.
