Stuck on Mounting restore point

I'm trying to do a test File Level Restore from our Cloud Provider. When I do this it gets stuck on Mounting Restore Point. I tried the steps from this article https://www.veeam.com/kb1534 but keep getting the same result. Any other suggestions?
