A cloud connect provider is adding some subtenats to a tenant account. The subtenant quota sapce on the tenat cloud repository is a RESERVED space or it's just a LIMIT?
I.E. tenant cloud repository is 1TB, I create a subtenat with 200GB quota. The 200GB space can be consumed only by the subtenant or can be consumed by the tenant main user account?

Subtenant quota is a "logical" value, it's not a reserved space.
More than that, it's possible to set a subtenant quota more than a tenant quota. But the Tenant quota will limit the Subtenant in this case. For example, you have a tenant quota = 200 GB, you set Subtenant quota = 300 GB; Subtenant's storage usage will be limited by this 200 GB Tenant quota.
