SureBackup failure

Hi all,
Does anyone have a solution for my problem?
I have set up virtual labs after editing the registry to allow internet access.
Now my sure backups fail on Starting virtual lab routing engine. (they used to get passed that point before I edited the registry)
I can ping the proxy from my production DC and a workstation on the production network but NOT the B&R server.
There is only one network in one location
Does anyone have a solution or should I go straight to Veeam support?
I did see a post that said support had given them another application but they had there network in two loactions so I don't know if that will apply to my problem.

Alex, probably something is not configured properly. I suggest contacting support, they will be able to review your settings and assist you in setting everything up correctly.
