Hello,

I have a VBR in VLAN 70 with ip 192.168.70.25/24 We want to start a sandbox VM with IP 192.168.75.1/24 in VLAN 75

1 Configured the proxy as 192.168.70.200/24
2. Isolated production network in VLAN75
3. vNIC1 Masq IP 10.255.254.x and Appliciance IP is 192.168.75.254 same as the default gateway in the production network
4. Created a static mapping from 192.168.75.1 to 192.168.75.200 <= Free IP

After starting the surebackup, no ping between VBR and VM. Proxy is pingable.

Whats wrong?

Hello,

Maybe you should check that proxy is reachable by 192.168.75.200. The static IP address is assigned to the proxy appliance network adapter connected to the production network.
Please don't forget to provide us with the support case ID.
