The first attempt to backup - faild, second OK

Hi,
I am currently running Veeam Backup & Replication 8. I have job with backup of VM on which Veeam is running.
Everyday the first attempt to complete the task ends with an error:

Failed to index guest file system. VSSControl: Index failed
Error: ChannelError: ConnectionReset

Second attempt executing propertly.

Other jobs are doing without problems at the first attempt.

I found KB http://www.veeam.com/kb1228 but in my case disk space is not a problem.
How can I solve this problem?
