trying to determine backup size

I've been looking through the documentation and forums but I can't quite find what I'm looking for. Basically how much space on the backup repository would a full backup use in the two following scenarios assuming no compression or deduplication.

1. 100GB VM thick provisioned with the OS reporting 50GB in use.
2. 100GB VM thin provisioned with the OS and Vmware reporting 50 GB in use

1. Somewhere between 50GB and 100GB (depending on the amount of dirty blocks the guest NTFS has).
2. 50GB.
