Two Veeam Server, sames vCenter, proxy, repo.

Post by SerSunal »

I want to see if it is possible that two Veeam Servers can have the same vCenter, proxies and/or repositories registered.

Yes they can as long as all of them are on the same version of Veeam - example 11a.

If you share components between Veeam B&R installations, make sure they are on the same Veeam B&R patch level and keep an eye on the processing load assigned to them as Veeam B&R servers are not aware of each other.

Hi Ser

Two exceptions:
- hardened repositories cannot be shared between two VBR server
- a single tape server can only be used by 1 VBR server

Thanks
