u-air question
I'm testing U-AIR:
a user makes a general Lab request for a VM that is backupped by a scheduled job.
The request appears in the EM 'requests' tab but after clicking 'approve' I do not find any backup that is currently processing the VM.
I've double checked into Veeam VBR and I confirm to have a scheduled backup job and some restore points for this VM.
What I'm doing wrong?

Re: u-air questiob
Nothing. U-AIR lab requests will start SureBackup Jobs that are configured for the selected VM. There is no backup started. Depending on the selected date, the SureBackup job will selecte an existing restore point that the EM admin need to confirm.

hi andreas,
as you said: the SureBackup job will selecte an existing restore point that the EM admin need to confirm.
My problem is that the EM admin cannot confirm the restore point because no points are diplayed

Re: u-air question
Then I suggest to open a support ticket to let our support team have a look at the logs.
Maybe what you can do is to check if you see in Enterprise Manager those backups under the VM in the "VM" tab.

Re: u-air question
Thanks
Em sees the VM with the restore points under the 'machines' tab,
I will open a support ticket.
thanks.
