We are currently trying to restore veeam backup &replication, which runs on a virtual computer in azure, to the esx server which runs in our company.
11/23/2022 10:02:12 AM Error Failed to publish SQL02_old Error: Unable to check if vPower NFS is mounted on the host esx11.xxx.com

If you use instant recovery to restore a VM, the target ESXI host must have network access to the NFS share on your Mount server.
You can use this KB article to analyze the situation by yourself:
As a better way for your goal, I suggest creating a new VM and restore your configuration backup.
