Hello all!
I'm trying to remove a user from our credential manager, but Veeam 11 is stating that its in use. Veeam shows me the job that the credentials are being used by, but when i check the job itself, neither "Enable application-aware processing" or "Enable guest file system indexing" are checked and the Guest OS credentials is not the one i am trying to remove. Any idea where else this might be used?
TIA
Jeff

Re: Unable to delete credentials because it carries one or more backup infrastructure roles
Might be used for some individual VMs in the guest OS processing exclusions even though the processing itslef is disabled.

Thanks foggy - I did take a look at that, but i don't see any exclusions. Will probably have to open a support ticket.

Might be a database glitch as well - support will be able to verify.
