Hello Veeam Community,

I am currently facing an issue with Veeam Backup & Replication and would appreciate your assistance in resolving it. The error I am encountering is as follows:

Error: Cannot get service content.
Soap fault. No route to hostDetail: 'connect failed in tcp_connect()', endpoint: 'https://x.x.x.x:443/sdk'
SOAP connection is not available. Connection ID: [x.x.x.x].
Failed to create NFC download stream. NFC path: [nfc://conn:x.x.x.x,nfchost:ha-host,stg:6548c9ec-8095f8d7-7c7b-507c6f613e28@xxxx/xxxx.vmx].

Description of the Issue:
I am experiencing difficulties with Veeam Backup & Replication. The error seems to indicate a SOAP connection issue with the host at IP address 192.168.222.62.

Actions Taken:

Verified network connectivity.
Checked vCenter or ESXi configuration.
Examined SSL/TLS settings.
Reviewed DNS configuration.
Additional Information:

Veeam Backup & Replication version: [12]
Configuration: [Standalone Veeam Server ESXI 8]
Operating Environment: [Windows Server with Veeam BAckup 12]

This can also be caused by Incorrect vCenter permissions, You should ensure these permissions are correct. https://www.veeam.com/kb1198
