I opened a case on Veeam Support and they couldn't find the reason for this issue.
I have followed all the steps in the following link, all the tests succeffuly.

Unable to mount NFS for Instant Recovery.
The Instant VM Recovery session cannot proceed because VBR cannot present the repository as an NFS Datastore in vCenter.
I opened a case on Veeam Support and they couldn't find the reason for this issue.
