hello folks,
sorry to disturb you but i'm trying to open a support ticket without success so far, any browser i try (cache cleared of course) only gets an error 500 (login works, viewing old cases also, but not open a new one) saying your web guys are already working on it. as it's lasting nearly 12h so far i'm getting some panic
my account is [removed by moderator] and the ip [removed by moderator], tried chromium edge and firefox
and i'd LOVE to add an support case id here as mentioned, if i only could (so please don't delete my post )
