Unable to open support call
Hi
I am trying to open a support call but I am told I don't have permission to access this file or page. Anyone else having an issue or is it just me?

Try www.veeam.com/support and then login with your Veeam Website account.

For some reason if I pasted the information from the job in the description window I was unable to proceed. I have managed to submit a job and attached the information instead of pasting in the window as the form advised

Ah... it has a character limitation that is maybe not obvious to spot.
You can place it in a text file and later upload it... notify in the description that you will upload additional information.

What browser do you use in what version? I can forward to the team to look at this.

Try pasting to Notepad first, then copy from there and paste into the description... doing this strips special characters and other weird stuff.
In any case, I suggest you just call them instead, and register your support case this way. They can also help to troubleshoot your web portal issue over Webex. Trying to guess the issue through forum posts is a waste of time.
