Unable to open support case

Hello,

After logging in, I am unable to open a support ticket. When clicking the link 'customer support portal' it just opens a blank page.

Tom, the link works fine for me, so I recommend to try once more later and make sure you clean browser cache before trying. You can also try to force-reload the page (Ctrl+F5) or try another browser.

I just tried from another browser now getting http 500 error.

Any word on this? I need to open a ticket, getting the following error for a single job.

10/28/2014 1:15:02 PM :: Processing 'SQLCLEV03' Error: Client error: There is no FIB [summary.xml] in the specified restore point.

I've asked web team to look into this. Btw, knowing your IP address could help them.

Thanks. Btw, I believe you can call support and initiate investigation by phone, they will create the case for you.
