Unable to rename folders on cloud repository

I have a number of folders in my cloud repository with _1 appended on the end, because of an issue about a month back, where new backup archive folders were created. I'm attempting to clean these up now so I don't have 2 folders per job. I've never had an issue doing this before, until I upgraded to Update 4 last week. Now in the "Files" section of Veeam B&R, I'm unable to rename folders. When I try, I get the message "The method or operation is not implemented."

Does anyone know how I can get around this?

Hello, please contact support and have them help you out with that. I would not try to fix this through renames, as the code does not really expect you to change folder names in the cloud repository, and doing so may potentially result in data loss. Thanks!

I've worked with B&R for a long time and know all the ins & outs of fixing this kind of thing. I hope you folks didn't remove this functionality.

Isn't the cloud repository backed up by Scale-Out Backup Repository by any chance? Thanks!

I had the cloud storage provider take a look, they couldn't make headway. We discovered that I am not able to create a new folder, so it doesn't appear to be tied to a job. I have a support case open.

Cloud Repository backed up by SOBR are provided to tenant in read-only mode. So, this might be the case. Thanks!

I asked the service provider, they said they don't use SOBR's. Thanks for checking though.

After a week of investigating, support determined it's some kind of bug and won't be fixed until possibly year end. Worse, the cloud provider isn't able to rename folders either. This small issue is going to be a real pain!!!
