Undo Fail Over stopped with warning

Hello
I run undo failover on active replica with status Failover.
After execute, job canceled after 5 seconds with warning : Failed to execute undo failover action.
Now I don't see replica in Ready Replicas neither in Active Replicas.
Whats happened??
