Update ESXi 4.1
Hi,
we have "update" our 3 ESXi 4.1 Hosts with the neweat VMWare Update via UpdateManager. It runs with no error!
Since this time we have problems with the Veeam B&R - some BackupJobs runs normal and others becomes an error.
=================================================================================================
Failed to login to "esx01.MyDomain.intra" by SOAP, port 443, user "", proxy srv: port:0 Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password.
=================================================================================================
The BackupJobs are not touch after update of the ESX Hosts.
Whats wrong???
Danke

Re: Update ESXi 4.1
Jürgen, have you tried to rescan the updated hosts in Veeam B&R console?

Additionally, It might be worth double-checking provided credentials.
The rightness of them can be verified by connecting to your host via vSphere-client, since it also uses SOAP-credentials.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Rescan is not the solution!

What can i do now??

Re: Update ESXi 4.1
The reason of this issue might be the fact that upgrade process has caused duplication of the entry in the Veaam database.
Thus, I'd suggest to contact our support team and let them guide you through the steps that should be taken in order to solve this problem.
Thanks.
