I updated Veeam 10 to 11, and all is right, but only I have one problem:
Failed to upgrade azure proxy appliance. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. Access denied
any idea how fix it?

first of all I'd like to ask you to also open a case at our support to have our team looking into it.
Feel free to share the case id here so we can also check as needed.
The error you describe can be because of different reasons.
Did you already check:
- account used to connect to the proxy is still valid
- network connection is working and no firewall is blocking the update traffic
