Upgrade path to get Object Storage

Hi,

We have a perpetual Veeam Data Platform Essentials license which includes VBR and VO. Is there a path to upgrade to Enterprise while remaining on Essentials to get SOBR features turned on?

We are aware of the subscription option which would give us enterprise plus, but at this time we are looking to stay on the perpetual license.

I have my doubt because Owners with Perpetual Essentials Standard/E/E+ are not allowed to buy additional licenses from the same type i dont expect that they are allowed to upgrade to a higher edition except a VUL Migration. I can take a look into the pricebook if there is a SKU but you simply should ask a Veeam Sales Rep.

I recommend you to reach a Veeam sales representative in your region to discuss the licensing options, the R&D forums might not be exactly the perfect place for sorting these things out. Thanks!
