Upgrade to 12.3

We currently have a veeam 12.2.0.334

We want to upgrade to the latest version 12.3

What are the correct procedures to do this?

Download the full 12.3 download from veeam account
Start the veeam one upgrade first once done
Start VB&R upgrade?

Do we need to make a backup of the VB&R server before we do this ?
