v9 to v9.5u3 upgrade warning

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade from veeam B&R v9 to v9.5u3 and I get a warning
"This veeam B&R server is managed by Veeam Enterprise Manager server (himself) version 9.0.0.0. It is recommanded to perform veeam backup enterprise manager upgrade first.Do you want to continue?"

Problem is I have never installed such thing as enterprise manager and when I searched around I found that you can access this by using the https://<ServerName>:9443 obviously this isn't accessible and found that this imbrick himselft to IIS which is not installed on this server...

I don't know if I should just ignore this warning and proceed with the upgrade since I have not installed this or if this is a feature that was installed by default when we upgrade from v8 to v9...

I ended up contacting veeam support and they fixed the SQL database to remove this warning.
