Hi,
I'm a little confused here as I can't figure out for sure if VBR is using Direct SAN Access for the backups.
The screenshot below if for a 1st job run, the selected VM has 2 Disks, 2nd Disk is a vRDM.
All the relevant Datastores and vRDMs are presented to the Backup Server via a HBA card, the SAN is an EVA 4100 with MultiPath so the disks all appear twice all showing offline.
Can you tell me from the screenshot below this is all good?
Thanks

Re: VBR 6.1 Backing up via Direct SAN Access or not?
Hello,
Yes, VM "NMTRUC005" has been processed with direct SAN access mode, since there is a [san] tag next to the line "Using source proxy...".
Thanks!
