is the new vCloud Director 10.6.1 version on the roadmap for the next VBR release?

It's already supported: vCD 10.6.x requires minimum v12.2 (build 12.2.0.334)

The Cloud Director versions indicated in this article include related patches.
For example, an entry for 10.4 would also include 10.4.1, 10.4.2, and 10.4.2.1.
