is there a way to import existing vCloud director backup jobs, created in the B&R console into the Veeam self service portal for vCloud director tenants?

After thinking about this a bit a bit more, I recall that we've created a cmdlet specifically for the use case you mentioned.

Please, check Set-VBRvCloudOrganizationMapping, it should answer your requirements.
