Veeam 10 service packs ?

Has there been any service packs ( maintenance updates) to Veeam 10 since its been released? We want to make sure that alot of the bugs have been patched before upgrading our veeam environment from 9.5 to 10.

Not yet, but we are working on a cumulative hotfix rollup covering the most critical issues.

yes #7 will be addressed in this cumulative patch, and also private hotfix is in progress right now - so feel free to reach out support and get notified when it is available.

Thanks I had a job open 04069871 but was told that a hotfix is not going to be made available and I need to wait for a new iso to be released. Any chance you can reopen the job for me and I tried and cannot? Many Thanks

I had a Support ticket 04069871 requesting hotfix for #7. It was closed after I was told no hotfix will be made and I need to wait until the next ISO release. Egor said a hotfix is being made and I tried to reopen my ticket but it wont let me. Can you reopen my Support Ticket (sorry we call them jobs at work) or shall I just create a new ticket?

Ah, understood thanks. We have no control over our support system, but yes - I suppose you can just open a new support case. However, please note that we're planning to release a cumulative patch that will include this hotfix in particular in the next few days, as it's already in the final stages of testing. So, you can just wait for one without reopening a support case. We will try to remember to update this topic with a link to the KB article, but even if we forget - it will be mentioned at the top of the weekly forum digest email for sure. Thanks!
