Previous cases were resolved with the 12.1.1.56 update, so if you're still seeing issues, open a Support Case and let the Veeam Support team review the logs.
Be sure to include logs from the affected job. (Use the 1st radio button and select the affected job(s), and proceed with the log export)

Hi,
Ours would do this for 3-7 hours and completely run our backup cycle.
This fixed it for us overnight...
Backup Infrastructure --> Backup Repositories --> Right Click Repository --> Go to "Dell Data Domain" or whatever else your repo is --> Under Gateway Server hit Choose from here remove the backup server and only leave the backup proxies. This removes the load from the backup server and significantly if not completely removed the "Resource Not Ready" error because in our case all our jobs were hung waiting to use the backup server by default but once removed they would choose a random non-cached proxy.
At least this worked for us...
