The hot fix we are talking about was released after R2 update, but before R2a update, which is what caused your issue. Sorry about this. We will need to re-create the hot fix for R2a now. As with any other current hot fixes, this fix will be rolled into the next product patch, so your issue should not repeat in future.

I contacted support and they provided updated DLLs which I can confirm resolved the issue so 3PAR Snapshots are again working. Great turn around on this one, good work Veeam!
