I am using Veeam to perform backup process, and it is OK for the VM that using ISO or Vcenter Converter
But it is fail for the one of the VM that using .vmdk (ZEG-2.2.13-vmware), which just power on without any setting changes and meet the problem:
"An error occurred while saving snapshot: Unable to save snapshot file"
I cannot power on again the VM with the error:
"Failed to start the virtual machine.
Module DiskEarly power on failed.
Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/54bd1188-d27014dc-c3b1-98be943d184a/ZEG-2.2.13-vmware.vmdk/ZEG-2.2.13-vmware-000001.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
The system cannot find the file specified
VMware ESX cannot find the virtual disk "/vmfs/volumes/54bd1188-d27014dc-c3b1-98be943d184a/ZEG-2.2.13-vmware.vmdk/ZEG-2.2.13-vmware-000001.vmdk". Verify the path is valid and try again. "
And there also include some of the errors in VSphere Client at the same time:
"An error occurred while taking a snapshot: msg.snapshot.error-CHECKPOINT."
"An error occurred while saving the snapshot: msg.snapshot.error-CHECKPOINT."
I tried to take the snapshot manually but also cannot power on the VM...
What should I do to resolve this problem? Thank you for any suggestions...
