Veeam 9.0.0.1715 and VeeamZip
Hi,
Using VeeamZip for archive purposes. In other words the VM is VeeamZipped to a Veeam Repository and then the VM is deleted from vSphere. So there is no VM to right-click on and produce a report.
Where are the log files/reports located?
I checked here but it's ambiguous; C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Temp
- Windows 2008R2
Thanks
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
You can export desired logs in Menu>Help>Support Information.
Also you can find sessions report/statistics in History section.
Thanks!

Just select "from Backups" option instead of "from VMware" one (Menu -> Help -> Support Information -> Export Logs for this VM -> Choose -> from Backups) and select the corresponding VeeamZIP backup. Thanks.

Re: Veeam 9.0.0.1715 and VeeamZip
Hi,
This gives me some of the information I was looking for when the VM is removed from vCenter. That being said I could not obtain what the performance thru-put and session report details.
Can this be achieved by Veeam Powershell for both restores and backups?
get-help Get-VBRRestoreSession and get-help Get-VBRBackupSession
I can get by on powershell but not a guru.
Thanks
Jeff
Example:
Success1Start time9:30:03 PMTotal size140.0 GBBackup size2.2 GB
Warning0End time10:03:50 PMData read132.0 GBDedupe1.0x
Error0Duration0:33:47 Transferred2.1 GBCompression2.3x
