I read in the digest that VBR 9.5 U4 is now available for a larger group, but I can't find any official release notes for Update 4. Are there any official release notes?

Hi RH, we are in the finalization stage of those. At latest they will be available at 22.01. with the release.

Yes it's going to be cumulative update (so you can install Update 4 as a standalone deployment). Cheers!
