Veeam B&R. Best practice

I have 6 esxi server 5.5 in the vsphere. Some of them (4-5) connected to vSphere by VPN. So I have 3 sites (esxi1-3 - one site, esxi4 - the second site, esxi5 - the 3-td). On each site I have NASs. How can I make backup on the remote servers (esxi 4-5)? Should I install B&R on all site, or only same components?

You need just a single Veeam B&R installation and proxy and repository servers in each location.

Can I install proxy and repository on windows server 2008 x32 ? Or I need only x64?

Both proxy and repository components do support 32-bit installations.

You need to add that server into Veeam B&R console and then assign the required roles to it.

Both proxy and repository components do support 32-bit installations.

While this is technically true, 32-bit proxies are not supported for ESXi 5.5 and newer, and a 32-bit repository is not likely to perform well given the memory requirements.
