Hi, there. I have recently taken over technical support of a small business that is running Veeam Backup and Replication free edition, as well as a free (unlicensed) edition of VMware ESXi (one ESXi server hosting two virtual guests, both running Windows Server).
In Veeam, there is no Backup Infrastructure view (I'm wanting to create a second backup repository which is a NAS).
Do they need to run a licensed version of Veeam Backup and Replication in order to have this functionality?
Thanks so much for any advice that can be provided.

Hi Kathy and welcome to the community!
Yes, you need a paid license in order to create another repository.
Please take a look on the article in the User Guide with additional information. Thanks!

They also need a VMware license, since free ESXi is not supported.
